Note: The video may appear ‘Off Air’ until shortly before the ceremony. A brief slide show may be shown until the ceremony start time. Please note that morning ceremonies start at 9:30 a.m., afternoon ceremonies at 2:30 p.m., and evening ceremonies at 7 p.m.

The webcasting service vendor, UStream/IBM, may insert commercial video and advertisements into the live feed of the ceremony. McMaster University has no knowledge of the products or services being advertised, and does not endorse any of the products or services that are being advertised.

Archived copies of the ceremonies will be available at on McMaster’s YouTube account 3-4 weeks after the ceremonies to allow for the videos to be captioned.
