What is the Academic Advisement Report?
The Advisement Report is a key tool for tracking degree progress, reviewing completed courses, and identifying outstanding requirements
How to read your Academic Advisement Report
- Sign in to Mosaic and navigate to the Student Center, and select the Academic Advisement Report tile with the owl icon labelled Advisement Report.
- When you first open your Advisement Report, your sections will appear collapsed if all your requirements are fulfilled. This means your completed and in-progress courses are being counted toward your degree.
- Select “Expand All” to view a full breakdown of your requirements.
- Each course in the advisement report will show as “Taken” (indicated by a green checkmark) until the grade has been posted. Courses will show as “In Progress” (indicated by a yellow diamond) until completed.

- If marked as Satisfied, the requirement has been completed. The number of units required will match the number of units taken and the report will indicate that zero units are needed.
- If marked as Not Satisfied, the requirement is still outstanding. The report will indicate the number of units that are still required in some cases, a list of required courses will be provided.
