Instructions: Please complete the form below to request a certification letter. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Incomplete requests will result in delays and/or will not be processed. Canada Post delivery times vary and are beyond the control of the University. We will make every effort to process your request according to your deadline indicated below but service is limited and we appreciate your patience at this time. We are only mailing within Canada and the United States until further notice. Please note: transcript requests are completed through Mosaic.
Students who have recently completed the MELD program do not need to complete this form to receive a letter. You will receive further instructions via email.
We are not sending certification letters through email. Letters will only be issued via mail.
