Instructions:  Please complete the form below to request a certification letter.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Please be aware that if your request requires information from your Faculty (e.g., your expected graduation date) processing times will be longer. Incomplete requests will result in delays and/or will not be processed.  Canada Post delivery times vary and are beyond the control of the University. We will make every effort to process your request according to your deadline indicated below but service is limited and we appreciate your patience at this time. Students who have recently completed the MELD program do not need to complete this form to receive a letter. You will receive further instructions via email.
