Classroom, Timetabling and Examinations Administration

The Scheduling & Examination Office is responsible for:

    • Effectively managing a large number of classrooms in the University’s inventory
    • The annual creation of the undergraduate timetable which reflects student preferences and program requirements that are balanced against Faculty priorities and limited room resources. 
    • The creation of the examination timetable
    • The administration of final examinations according to University policy while supporting the Academic Integrity Office.
