Students must attend the ceremony assigned to their Faculty.
- The doors to FirstOntario Concert Hall (formerly Hamilton Place) open at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. respectively. Graduands are asked to arrive at the Studio entrance on Summers Lane prior to 8:30 am (morning ceremony) and 1:30 p.m. (afternoon ceremony).
- The morning ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m. and the afternoon ceremonies begin at 2:30 p.m.
- Announcements for graduands start approximately 25 minutes before each ceremony, and the graduand procession will enter the Great Hall 15 minutes before the start of each ceremony.

Please note that the May 2017 Faculty of Health Sciences ceremony will take place on Thursday May 25, 2017. In the past, this ceremony took place on a Friday.
