McMaster Information Package:
Starting mid-June, McMaster University will send each accepted applicant a letter, which will include your McMaster student number and barcode and the website for information on Getting Registered. Your student number and barcode are required for SOLAR (Student On-Line Academic Registration). KEEP THIS INFORMATION IN A SAFE PLACE!

To complete Registration follow steps 2, 3 and 5 on 'Getting Registered'

You must use MUGSI / SOLAR to register for your courses. You should refer to the section entitled Collaborative BScN (A) Stream in the McMaster University Undergraduate Calendar to determine the courses in which you should register. Please note: you must register for all of your courses in both Fall and Winter terms. This includes both required courses and elective courses. Attached to your letter from McMaster you will receive a chart of Collaborative elective courses.
SOLAR (McMaster's Student On-Line Academic Registration system) lists courses by course name and number. Use SOLAR to select all of your courses. Under Step 3 click on more information for additional information about registering for courses using SOLAR.

Personal Course Timetable:
Your college will supply a master timetable at the start of the session. It is also possible for Collaborative BScN. students to request a personalized timetable on MUGSI.

STEP 4: Pay Fees
Please DO NOT submit a McMaster Payment Agreement when registering for your courses in SOLAR.Your College will be sending you a bill for your tuition and fees; payments must be made directly to your College, not to the University.

Program Withdrawal
If you are unable to continue your course of study following registration, you must inform your college in writing of your decision to withdraw. Submit your withdrawal letter along with your McMaster registration confirmation and validated ID card to:
